About the Total Doberman Association
You do not have to be a member of the UDC to join and we have no mandatory
membership dues. What we do have is a desire to train,
work, and learn more about our Dobes; their capabilities, accomplishments
and their future as a versatile working breed.
The TDA is the oldest of the UDC member clubs, established by Lera Brinkley, Jill Harris, Linda Guidry and Terri Clary at the inception of the United Doberman Club. When we lost Lera we lost the heart of the TDA and our club slipped into a state of apathy.
Now, the time of mourning is over and the time to renew
our
dedication to our breed and our club has begun.
The Total Doberman Association has always been a somewhat informal club.
Knowing that our members are involved in diverse activities with their dogs,
other dog clubs and of course, constantly training-we promise not to demand
too much of your time or funds :)
Physical meetings will be scheduled on a quarterly basis and I hope we can
rotate to each others "backyards", so to speak, and spend a little
time
learning about the different disciplines we each participate in from one
another other.
